En el equipo estamos empezando a usar Confluence y JIRA Cloud, después de usar durante dos años la versión server.
Desde el FAQ de Attlasian, se habla de garantías para que el acceso a las plataformas y la información volcada en ellas esté garantizada ante pérdidas. Pero me surgen dudas:
- Si decido dejar de pagar, me dan opción a recuperar los datos volcados durante X tiempo o se eliminan instantáneamente?
- Si alguien del equipo elimina el proyecto, aun teniendo bien configurados los permisos, se pierde la información?
- Las backups que permiten estas apps se almacenan en sus propios servers?
Al final no hay nada mejor que experiencias reales por mucho FAQ institucionalizado que la propia empresa redacta.

From the Attlasian FAQ, they talk about guarantees so that access to the platforms and the information dumped on them is guaranteed against loss. But I have doubts:
- If I decide to stop paying, do they give me the option to recover the dumped data during X time or are they instantly deleted?
- If someone from the team deletes the project, even if the permissions are well configured, will the information be lost?
- The backups that these apps allow are stored in their own servers?
In the end there is nothing better than real experiences, no matter how much institutionalized FAQ the company itself writes.
