Export to Word or PDF is showing Jira macros as URL instead of the expected data/tables

Hello, I've got a Confluence page with embedded Jira macros showing test execution numbers, works fine on the Confluence page;

But when I export to word or pdf it is showing the URL instead;

When exporting Confluence pages containing Jira macros to word/pdf it's pretty common to encounter issues where the macros display as URLs instead of the expected data or tables. From what i know this behavior often stems from compatibility issues between the export function and the Jira Issues macro.

This problem has been reported in the community but i don't find any workarounds myself. Try contact Atlassian support?
