I have a meeting agenda page set up in confluence, is there a way to filter in the current tickets that populate the various columns of Kanban board into this agenda page.

And, then have these remain static for a particular date?

Hi @S Douglas

You can visualise a board in Confluence in a few ways:

  • Jira Issue Macro: This visualises a list of issues in Confluence. Use your board's filter query as the JQL search in this macro. This can be located via Board Settings > General > Filter Query
  • Jira Chart Macro: This visualises the issues again - but they can be placed into a two-dimensional table or a pie chart.
  • Agile Wallboard Gadget: This visualises the actual board within Confluence

^ However, in all three cases the data is dynamic, so it will move overtime. When the page is refreshed your view is the real-time view of the data.

To have it static across all statuses wouldn't be simple to do via a macro - a simple option would be to:

  1. Go to the Board Settings > General
  2. Either click "Edit Filter Query" or copy/paste the Filter Query into an Issue Search page
  3. Then either copy/paste the table into Confluence from your web browser or...
  4. Export to CSV and then copy from Excel into your Confluence page

It's a manual work-around but it will get you the desired result.
