Jira / Confluence "This site is already taken."

Hello,

 

Last year we tried Jira Cloud and registered devmind.atlassian.net. After the trial expired we didn't continued with the payment due to posponed project.

Seems like the Jira Cloud licence for devmind.atlassian.net was removed and now we cannot take back the site (creating a new accout or recovering the existing one).

What should we do?

They should be able to help you out on this.
