Dear Community,
I am using Confluence 7.13.1
Because of the expired license I am only able to use confluence but no upgrade.
Unfortunately there are only datacenter licenses sold.
So what I like to do is the following:
I like to hide the license expiry dialog.
I think that the message could be deactivated under
- Manage Apps
- Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools
- confluence.healthcheck.license.check.name
- deactivate
Am I right or is confluence going to crash when I am deactivating this?
Thank you for your help.
Regards
kubernetes
Hello @Nils ,
I think the license expiry pop up is only visible to only administrators. not for the end users.
If something happened after disabling the above plugin, you may not able to contact support or upgrade confluence, due to maintenance expiry.
My suggestion is to apply these on your test instance if you have.
Thanks,
Anvesh
Hello @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH
thank you for your fast answer.
I am not going to change that and hiding the message instead through "Don't remind me again".
Thank you,
kubernetes
