When I want to create a Confluence page from a Jira issue, I can click on 'create a page' under linked pages. I already linked a space to the project, but I can only select two template pages. How do I add the other templates that space has?
Hello there @Micha ! Thanks for getting back into this thread.
I have gone through the installation process of Jira Servicedesk, Jira and Confluence and also the integration of all of them. This has helped to better understand how the Knowledge Base feature in Jira Service Desk works.
After following through with the creation of a new template, as described in the documentation, it was not present when trying to create a new article within a ticket. I faced the same situation described in your question.
We could, however, create articles based on the Space Templates and make the final article available for user of Jira Service Desk.
Looking through our reports, I have found this:
Currently, the best course of action would be to Vote and Watch this feature suggestion. Here is how the implementation of new features work:

Hello there! Looking at our articles, you should be able to create new templates or edit the already existing ones. Excerpt from our docs:
To edit the article templates:
- Go to Space Admin > Content Tools > Templates.
- Edit the How-to or Troubleshooting article templates.
- Add headings and instructional text (choose Template > Instructional Text).
You can also add additional templates, such as a policy or procedure page templates.
You can check more about this here:
Use Confluence as a Knowledge Base - Customize your knowledge base space

Hi @Diego
I think I don't understand your solution. In the space I have more templates then just the How-to or Troubleshooting. But I want to add a different one so I can select that one in Jira. So the template is in the Space, but I can't select it from the Jira issue.
