How can I send a Confluence document as a PDF by email?

How can I send a Confluence document as a PDF or HTML by email? The idea is that it is an automation where a certain Confluence page can be sent as a PDF or HTML by mail weekly to a list of users.

(We are currently in Ompremise Version)
