Our documentation site is created using Confluence Cloud, and displayed in our Jira Service Desk Support Portal. When viewing someone else's documentation page, we noticed that their site shows the page tree. Our documentation site shows the page tree internally, but doesn't show the sidebar and page tree when displayed via Jira Service Desk. We'd like to have it show.
Any suggestions on how to make that happen? Below are screenshots of the other site we saw with the page tree showing and it's relevant page source (from browser inspect), and our site internal and through Jira Service Desk.
Hi @Stephanie Fuller and welcome,
for my knowledge, at portal level, you can show just article and not page tree. Page tree appears if you click an article and you will be land on confluence side.
There is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4179
Are you sure that page tree appears on prtal side? Do you have an example?
Hope this helps,
Fabio
