How do I create auto serial number in my forms in confluence ?

I am using Forms for Confluence , and I am creating an intake form I want to auto populate a serial number in it for every submission made

Is this based on a 3rd party app as I don't remember Confluence having this feature ootb.

If this is a 3rd party app go over their documentation and see if this is even possible, or reach out to the support department of the app developer.
