How do I get notification on my email from my Laptop?

I use to get notification through my email on my laptop every time I was mentioned on a JIRA ticket or Confluence and now I only get notification through my mobile device.

if you’re mentioned, then You’ll be notified for the first case only. 

Are you referring to Mobile application?
