How do I receive email notifications for certain spaces when I have full access to all spaces?

All developers in our company are added to two groups by default, and these two groups have full space permissions. Also, when creating a new space, these are the two groups that automatically gains access. 

However, not every member works on each space so we don't want member to receive notifications for those teams. 

I've looked at the documentation of how to subscribe to email notifications (https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/email-notifications-724765358.html), but it is not clear to me:

A. Which option is correct to choose when you only want notifications for spaces you follow

B. How this will work when every member by default have full space permission to each space. 

Do I have to create separate groups for the spaces, and assign each member accordingly?

Hello,

You're most likely referring to one of the following:

• Subscribe to daily updates

• Subscribe to all blog posts

• Subscribe to network

• Subscribe to recommended updates

Your users can change those settings in their profile if they want. If they unsubscribe from these then they'll only receive updates on pages and spaces they're subscribed to.
