Hello,
I want to keep a colleague informed of the modifications on a Jira task or Confluence page.
To to this I use the "share" button on the right top of the page.
It seems that the target colleague receives an emailed notification => good.
But I can't find any trace of this notification.
My question is:
How do I know if a notification has been sent to anybody by using the "share" button on a Jira tack or Confluence page ?
PS: My serveur version is Confluence 6.10.1 and Jira v7.11.1
Hi Marc,
It should have sent out the notification via your email server, but also sends them a notification to their workbox in Confluence.
Could you check your outgoing mail logs on your mail server and see if you're able to track it that way?
Regards,
Shannon
