I think the question here is how to add users to the space.

So you need Admin permissions, like Diego told.
Or ask your Admins to make your Space public - it makes possible anonymus(with out logg-in) to read your articles.

OK, good. We can't make the Space public, so I guess the Admin will have to make the new user.
