How to disable "Take the Survey" popup?

I want to simplify the experience of my users; so I want to disable / hide this pop-up.

Does anybody know how to disable this? I look through the plugins but I did not find one that actually disables it.

PS: It is not clear if it appears only to the administrator or to any user.

Thank you for you kind answer. Disabling Analytics was one of the first things I did after configuring the productive server; yet these pop-ups came. I have set the "jira.newsletter.tip.delay.days" advanced config to -1 and so far they did not appear again.

Thank you for letting me know that! I tested my suggestion on my own instance but I wasn't able to get the survey pop-ups before-hand.

Hi Stefano,

I think you can turn off Analytics for this.

In Confluence, go to Administration > Analytics

[confluenceURL]/plugins/servlet/analytics/configuration

It appears that Jira has a similar setting:

Can you give that a try and let me know how it goes?
