Confluence only displays the first 3 search results in our knowledge base. How do we make it return all documents related to our search?

Thank you for contacting us about this. From the support ticket you raised, we saw this was a limitation of Jira Service Desk.
The Jira Service Desk knowledge base search is limited to the top 3 results for a given search. We have a feature request below to increase that limit:
