We're using JIRA 7.13.0 and Confluence 6.14.0.
What I want, is a list of usernames who have at least "read access" to a space with key "LIMITEDSPACE".
User may exist via:
- Confluence Internal Directory
- Remote Jira Directory (which has users in internal JIRA directory and via LDAP directory)
How to achieve this?
All Atlassian docs I was able find was the opposite way (which spaces a user has access to, etc.)
Hi Janne,
The issue here is that a lot of your users might not have been given explicit permissions to a space, but rather have permissions to access the space via a group.
I would recommend reviewing the following article for examples. Although the queries might not be exactly what you need, you should be easily able to rewrite them for your purposes:
Keep in mind that although you're using Jira Remote Directory, any users who have licensed access to Confluence can be found in the database under their user ID in user mapping.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Shannon
