We would like to use Confluence for requirements definition but often we need to get a waterfall type approval from a client before proceeding with a project. What is the best way to capture requirements in Confluence but also obtain and document client approval? We could export the requirements for sign-off but interested in anyone doing this. Also, we don't want to purchase an approval plugin if it can be avoided. Thanks.
