How to pull DoD and DoR checklist custom field values from jira to confluence using script runner?

I have 2 custom fields called DoD and DoR which are of type Checklist.

I want to pull the value of these fields on Confluence Page.

How to do it ? 

is there any workaround for this?

Hi Sushma, 

Unfortunately, there is not a simple way of adding a checkbox to a custom macro. As previously mentioned, Atlassian provides a list of AUI components that are available to use, so firstly I would suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian, requesting that a checkbox is added to their AUI components.
