How to retrieve data in Conflunce Cloud macro via API

I have a Confluence page that contains a Jira Report macro. This report displays a table of Jira issues, with a number of columns displaying the data from certain fields within those issues. I need to be able to read this data via the REST API. I can get the macro rendered output, the macro ID, etc., but cannot figure out how to get the actual data that is displayed within that macro.
