How to send custom email about updates to all watchers.

Instead of using "update and notify"  and sending whole page in email, which is very confusing and also shows bugs (where the change was done). 

I would like to know if there is way to send custom email to the watchers list from confluence page to update them directly what are the updates and where to look for. 

Sending the whole page in an email seems too much information. and i could not find any other option other than "update and notify".
