How to unsubscribe email regarding confluence event?

I need help on this. Please. Too many email spamming i don't event know them.

You can always edit your email notification preference.

To edit your email notification settings:

1. Choose your profile picture at top right of the screen, then choose settings
2. Click Email in the left-hand panel
3. Click Edit
