I am a Jira Admin, I am having an issue with an user where he is able to access the Confluence page but not able to see the block of the page with table that pulls in Jira stories in to the page what's the solution

@Naveen boss Does the user have a Confluence account, but not a Jira account? The user can only see information they have access to on the Confluence page. If it is for a Jira project they don't have access to, it will not be displayed.

User has both the account and have access in both to view and browse in confluence he is been added to the groups that he can view the both page and confluence is it some permission issue?

please share a screenshot of confluence page so that we can take a look about block you are talking about. Btw, if user need to update page in a some way to do that, please verify that user has edit permission on space/page level.

User has edit permission and view permission for both jira and confluence but still he is not able to open the jira which published in the confluence is thera any permission issue ? He is been added to the right group.
