I want to set up the burndown chart in confluence but I cannot find it under the External gadgets se

I want to set up the burndown chart in confluence(6.13.23) but I cannot find it under the External gadgets section under general configuration.

Please note that my JIRA and confluence are integrated and I have already added the same in the Gadgets feeds but still can't access the JIRA gadgets as explained in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Can-you-display-the-Jira-burndown-chart-in-Confluence/qaq-p/781036 .

Also, when I click on Help-->confluence gadget I cannot see the burndown gadget.

If you use the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app (that is our add-on) for table filtration and data aggregation, you may as well use it to create Jira reports right in Confluence.

The app supports the standard Jira Issues macro, so you'll be able to calculate and visualize any data you need - please look here for the examples of the Jira reports that you may create.

I've checked our test instance, unfortunately we don't have any suitable environment (issues with story points) to make a quick demo video.

But the last link contains a bunch of screenshots for you to follow - if you get stuck, you may raise a support request, attach the screenshots, we'll recreate them and guide you through the case (the support messages are confidential, you don't need to work with dummy data or blur the issues).
