Import Jira Server x Jira Cloud

Good Morning, is it possible to do the complete project export on the JIRA Server and then import it into the JIRA cloud ?. My real doubts would be regarding the fields, the jira would create these fields automatically ?, selection fields with their respective values?

Good afternoon ;-)

Jira will create the fields you already have. 

You can find the documentation here

Make sure you have the same plugins installed or you could loose the information from those plugins.

just make sure your server instance is the lastest also.
