Hi,
I have a requirement to create a Confluence page listing all the newly create JIRA items. The issue is those JIRA items are dymamic, and it is searched and based on the variable name such as page title.
For example, I created a page template, which contains title, based on that title, I want to search jira items and display the result into the page.
I find that there is a JIRA macro, which you can search and create jira items, but the issue is that I have to type into the search box each time. Is there a way to pass parameter (such as page title) during search?
Any help will be appreciated.
Best Regards
Martin
I don't have an answer, but I have a similar problem. I'm being asked to create a confluence page that shows a highlights view of a selected Jira record.
Ideally, the page could accept a Jira record key, and based on that key, display record details on the page in a layout I construct based on the user's needs.
Has anyone done something like this? I'd need some way to enable passing the key to the page and then use macros to filter results based on the key that is passed. This may involve some real coding on the page as well.
