Is it possible to prevent jira dashboard access by user /set of users ?

Is it possible to prevent jira dashboard access by user/set of users ? We are using 7.13.x version jira server

Thanks for the answer. Is this link applicable to project level dashboards ? measuring metrics like velocity,burndown. We want to hide them as well.

I guess by project level dashboards, you mean reports. If so, then you can not prevent users to see the reports. But in these reports users only see data, for which they have browse permission
