We have existing spaces (different confluence locations) where knowledge base content is stored. Is there any way in Jira Service Desk to include multiple spaces in our end-user knowledge base search? Is it possible with different projects?
Not that I am aware of. In Service Desk Cloud you can link 1 space...and have links or excerpts from other spaces in the KB Space - but this setup isnt very useful if your serving info to externals and want the spaces private.
