Is there a current issue with @mention email notifications in Confluence Cloud?

We're getting reports that Confluence @mention email notifications  are not working consistently for some of our users. Some users are getting them, and some are not. It has been happening since mid-July for some users. Others received them more recently, but aren't getting them now.

I think there is no issue in email notifications from confluence cloud as we are getting the notifications. (we use atlassian confluence cloud)
