Trying to load information directly from Jira to program reports and confluence pages.
Is tthere a way to load jira ticket with the last comment on the ticket using the macro? I don't see the option of comment in our jira instance.

There is no solution out-of the box.
However, you can do this very simply with a Jira add-on : Elements Publish to Confluence .
