Is there a way to load last comment on a jira ticket to Confluence page?

Trying to load information directly from Jira to program reports and confluence pages.

Is tthere a way to load jira ticket with the last comment on the ticket using the macro? I don't see the option of comment in our jira instance.

There is no solution out-of the box.

However, you can do this very simply with a Jira add-on :  Elements Publish to Confluence .

Full disclosure: I'm the Product Manager of the app.

With our app you can create Confluence pages from Jira issues. It lets you :

• insert any Jira issue data in the Confluence page (and keep the value synchronized between the issue and the page if needed)
• including comments (you can decide if you want all the comments or just the last one)

there seems to be no direct simple solution for this supported by some out of the box functionality, but other users solved this by 

• adding a Jira custom field for last comment to the issue
• create automation to fill the custom field with the last comment (this duplicates data from level of commet to an attribute on issue level)
• configure the Jira issue macro in confluence to show the custom field
