Is there any existing ways in Conflucence or even JIRA to create a tracker?

Hi, I've been asked to build a tracker similar to below. How do I do it in JIRA or Confluence?

Hi @Cholo Sabido ,

If by a "tracker" you mean that you need to collect data from multiple Confluence pages (if you create a separate page for every new feature) and want to build a summary report to track the progress, you may use the Page Properties/Page Properties Report macros.

Here is a short 2-minute video tutorial how to use the macro in Confluence Cloud and how to enhance it with the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app.

Hi @Cholo Sabido

What do you mean by a tracker?

Do you mean a simple table? This is easy in confluence:

Apologies for not being very clear.

  1. The Feature refers to existing Epic IDs in JIRA. How do I make a dynamic table that updates the entries in Confluence once new Epic IDs are created or existing ones are updated?
  2. Is there a way for me to assign each field in the subsequent columns to specific people so that they can provide responses?

Appreciate the help!

Then maybe the Jira Issues macro will help - here is its documentation and a short video how to use it.
