Is there any other way to disable content in notifications?

I have to remove page content in email notifications. Any other workaround out there?

Hi Jonas,
thanks for your reply. I did not change anything! I am looking for an alternativ workaround.
The workaround decribed in "How to disable Show Changed Content to all users" give users the availibilitiy to turn content on again - that´s not acceptable for us.

We upgraded to 5.10.7 from 4.1.5.

In 4.1.5 email notifications looked like this:

Did you restart confluence after? This is necessary.
