Is there any way to create JIRA report (change log) for anonymous access that displays data from a non-anonymous project?

I would like to share a list of JIRA issues (bugs) with anonymous (public) visitors via a public Confluence page.

However, I do not want to make the specific JIRA project available to anonymous (public) visitors.

I have tried a number of approaches with no success.

Is there any way to do this?

Hi James,

In a word, no.

In more words, no, and the best workaround is either to grant anonymous read-only access to the JIRA project or take a screenshot every (e.g.) day and post it to a page that the anonymous users can access. 

Either a user has permissions to view a JIRA project, or they don't.  If they don't, Atlassian have - quite rightly - made it to all intents and purposes impossible for them to view the data.
