×My SSL certificate expired, but when I try to upload the new one, the server is giving me permissions error.
the server is hosted in Azure, but even while signing the server with a user with sudo privilege, it still gives the same error, it doesn't let me rename or overwrite the expired certificate file.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Vytec Admin 1
The SSL certificate issue should be discussed with your Server admins. Atlassian can only assist you with problems related to their apps, otherwise you will need to check with your team as they should know how to renew the licenses.
Best,
Fadoua
Just in case... To mitigate certificate expiry problems, I am happy to propose our small app, 'Certificate Renewal', which monitors your public endpoint certificates and creates a work item X days before expiry.
For those who want to try it ... here is a promo code for six months:

Hi, Does Jira support wildcard certificates?
ours was provided by Godaddy to *raise.org.au instead of the particular site jira.raise.org.au
Should it work or do we need to replace it?
Thanks !
