Issue with Activity Stream

Hello. After I reinstalled confluence i get 2 identical notifications in Jira activity stream. And in the same time filter stopped working. How i can remove one of 2 streams from Jira?

There is no feature in JIRA that allow users / admins to remove Activity Stream entries in JIRA as mentioned in the Can Jira activity streams be cleared?

Meanwhile, may I know if you have tried to refresh the activity stream when you click on the filter feature, change the limit, and click Save? For example:

• Are the timestamp of the notifications the same?
• Can you share what notification is that and is it still reproducible for other entries?

I am just trying to understand if it rather a one time off issue or something that we need to dig deeper into. Thanks.
