Hi
I have a question about the Jira and Confluence integration.
I install jira and confluence, and now i want to connect Confluence to the jira System.
I can reach with a Ping the Jira Server from the confluence system. But now i have a little problem with the settings:
Consumer-Basis-URL:
Username:
Password:
Consumer-Basis-URL:
Benutzergruppen:
Where can i find this information to fill in?
kind regards Patrick
I believe you need to enter there a username/password with admin rights in JIRA. If you have access to JIRA as an administrator, you can use your account, or create an account.
Although I would recommend using oAuth :)
Hi
I insert the User(with admin rights) which i have and also the IP adress from the Jria server but i have always this error message in german:
Es konnte keine Anwendungsverknüpfung zwischen dem Jira-Server und dem Confluence-Server hergestellt werden. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in der Anleitung zur Fehlerbehebung in unserer Dokumentation.
kind regards Patrick

Verbindung zu Jira herstellen>Enter login credentials for jira-administrator and proceed>Check the log ( <confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log). There might be an SSL handshake exception in the logs since you able to ping jira, I suspect that SSL certificates are missing in your environment.
