Jira issues created on a Confluence page are not linked to the Confluence page.

When an issue is created on a Confluence page the Jira issue doesn't contain the linked Confluence page as it should. We use the Aura plug in so it's possible that has something to do with it. We want to be able to create an issue in Confluence then go to the Jira Software board and see the issue with the Confluence page automatically linked.

Can you try disabling the add-on, then creating the issue if it is linked?
