Jira reports visible for publick

Hi 

I am creating a page where our freelance team could see the progress of our service, updates and issues. I don't know where I need to edit permission, Anonymous is not good enuff.

I think this should be possible. You need to make sure the group, project, filters, and dashboard all have the appropriate settings and permissions.
