Jira: wrong status showed

Good morning,

i am a  jira administrator and a user has reported to me a problem on a jira issue.

A status "ready" appears" instead of "accepted" for an issue opened on a project while i see  the right status "accepted" for the same issue (see the picture below: on the left status for the user, on the right for me)

I don't understand the problem, because the status "ready" does not exist.

The name you see in the workflow button is the name of the transition, not a status name.

Edit the workflow and check that the transition names match up with the target status of the transition (by "match", I mean make them use appropriate language, not just the status names - for example, a transition to the status "Closed" could be named something like "Close issue", and I'd expect "Resolve issue" to put the issue into the "Resolved" status)

May be a translate issue, i see that in one screen the "view workflow" is in italian(?) and in english in the second one.
