Multiple page properties not displaying in separate page properties reports

Hi all, 

I've been searching across help guides and must be missing how to define many page properties with reporting. 

I'm create a page, with a label and multiple page properties, included: 1) summary table - id = PgmSummary, 2) risks table - id = PgmRisks. 

I've given the page a label, populated the tables and saved the page. Next. I create a reporting page with a page 2x page properties report, each point to the above references. After saving the page, I have PgmSummary report populated (3 rows), but the PgmRisks only displays 1 of 3 rows. 

I've check the configuration and it all appears correct, referencing help pages. 

Any help suggestions would be much appreciated.

Would you be able to provide a screenshot? One item to be sure to note is that your page properties should look like this:

Property 1	Value 1
Property 2	Value2

Be sure to mark your left hand column as a "header" column, or else Confluence will not understand how to build the page properties report.
