Need to modify Jira Issue/links in COnfluence page when the Jira URL has changed

We have Jira Issue/filter links in COnfluence pages.

The underlying Jira URL has changed. Is there a way to modify the various Jira Issue/filter to point to new URL. Manually doing would consume too much time as the number of pages are many.
