You'll need to report that to the owners of the site, it's not really a Confluence issue.

Although, if you think Atlassian should remove dead links from the docs, we don't really have a formal way to tell them - they pick up here sometimes, but the only reliable way is to raise a support issue saying "docs are wrong" over  at https://support.atlassian.com (problem is, there's no specific call type for "docs broken")
