Is there anyway to route all of the article changes to the notification button within Confluence instead of emailing the changes?

Thank you for contacting us about this. Could you confirm with me if by "notification button" you're referring to the Workbox Notifications?

From my understanding, you don't want emails about changes anymore but you still want to see them in your Workbox Notifications. Is that right?

If this is right, then there's not a way to do that at this time. We have the following feature requests for Confluence Server and Cloud:

• CONFSERVER-26672  Ability to turn off email notifications and use Workbox (in-app notifications) 
• CONFCLOUD-26672 (Cloud version of the same request)

I encourage you to vote on the issue. You will then be added to the list of watchers and be notified of any changes.
