Page Approval email notification issues

Hi!

I'm working with space approval plugin and i have few issues, hop i could find help here

So , i'll try to be as clear as possible

Here is an example, i am admin user NICOADMIN and i have a user USER1 

I configured the Page approval in Space Approval with IGNORED PAGES 

The users can just acces the specific Space and clic a link that open a template i created in confluence page editor, here everything works fine.

FIRST ISSUE :

So USER1 fill his page and then clic PUBLISH

At this step no one receive any message, the user needs to edit page and clic UPDATE and then the admin defined in page approval receive the message, Is there a way to recieve this message at the first clic on PUBLISH?

SECOND ISSUE :

When NICOADMIN receive the email and go to page he just have to clic approve if everything is ok, at this point The status of the page is "APPROVED" but the user received nothing, no email notification...

OTHER REQUEST :

1 - I'd like to have a way to send retakes for page that need modifications. Currently the only way i found is to approve page and unapprove it to send a Modification request

2 - By using the Space approval technique the approval macro is automatically created as soon the page is published but if the user wants to edit it many times it will send an email at each modification, i'd prefer to send an approval request only when the user is ok with his page, how can i do?
