Good afternoon!
At the top, where the links to JIRA, I have problems with the encoding. Look at the screen.
In the parameters of JIRA and Confluence services I have UTF-8. In the JIRA the links are displayed correctly.

Hi Denis,

Generally, the issue is caused by the "JIRA Link" string that is not translated properly:

https://translations.atlassian.com/dashboard/originalMessage/241006?lang=ru_RU

I've asked the Translations admin to amend them.
