Hello there,
I have a question about general (not Confluence or Jira specific) notifications from Atlassian.
I have received an expected email from no_reply@am.atlassian.com because of license change. The email was sent to several emails as well.
Where do I manage who receives what when it comes to atlassian notifications and alerts?
Kind regards,
Hello @Bozhidar Stoyanov
Sadly, there isn't a way that you can actually control this, because Atlassian would send this notification to all organisation admins.
Hello! Thank you for your time and answer!
That does not make sense as the other people that actually received the notification are not org admins or any admins. In the same time there is an org admin that did not receive the notification in question.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Well, in that case, users can manage what type of notifications would receive based on the project based actions (if they are the assignee, if the status was changed, etc.)
As you mentioned the licensing, you should better get in contact with Atlassian support and make a ticket for them to check.
Let me know how did it go.

Thank you for the advise!
Could you please tell me how do I raise a ticket directly with Atlassian?
