Question for Search engine about Confluence and Jira Service desk.

Hi,

I have a few questions related to Search engine for Confluence and Jira Service desk as below.

1. Search engine is Lucene engine, right?

2. What is the algorithm of this search engine? for example, which contents will be the top of the search result?

3. In Jira Service desk, only 3 KB contents are revealed. is there any other way to change the contents count?

but i think question no.3  has misunderstanding. please refer the our JSD screenshout as below. my question is only we can see 3 result of KB. so can we change the count of result of KB in JSD?
