Questions for Confluence notifications - Why no notification for replies/comments?

When watching a topic in questions for confluence you'd get a notification for new posts. But why don't you get a notification when you have posted a question and someone replies/comments on your question? 

We are on cloud.

(Overall very disappointed with the lack of enhancements to the Questions for Confluence add-on. Especially for Cloud when you don't even have monitoring/dashboard functionality)

While I can understand your concern with the enhancements that you are expecting to have for the add-on, the absence of dashboard was brought up in an existing public facing ticket here:

• CQ-384: Activity dashboard for admins

I encourage you to visit the suggestion pages linked above and click the Vote and Watch links near the top right to show support for the feature. By doing this, it will ensure you are proactively informed of progress and updates going forward.

Feel free to share your feedbacks by leaving a comment on the ticket as this helps the team prioritize & understand the use case of the feature request.

Looked into this a bit more and it seems as if there is an issue/bug with notifications coming from the Questions plug-in. During the last 3 weeks it has not been working. We will report this issue.

@Sara LjungDid you manage to solve the problem? The last notification I got from Questions was in September. I'm watching the Questions for Confluence space and not getting any notifications for new questions any more, nor am I getting notifications for answers or comments on questions I asked.

Thank you for the quick reply! I just went to Spaces -> Questions for Confluence -> Space Settings -> Permissions and gave "Chat Notifications" permissions for everything, and it looks like that might have helped... I got an email notifying me of a reply to a question I asked for the first time since September!
