Advanced field list when creating an issue on confluence

Hi all,

I've been using the 'create issue' option on confluence to jira,

The fields that are shown to me are very limited (summary, description.. )

1. Is there a way to add more fields? 
2. Or maybe just to change the description field to be rich text description field? so that I can add tables to the description box?
