Our plan is to migrate our existing Google calendar to Team Calendar. We want to have all the stuff in one place. But is it possible to add events from other places then Confluence (e.g. Outlook, Apple Calendar, Firefox, Google Calendar and so on)?
Since Team Calendar (and Confluence in General) is not even a little bit responsive it is quite hard to make the users love it.
All the best, Lars
Hello Lars,
I see you'd like to sync other calendars, like Outlook, for example, with Team Calendars, is that correct?
Well, for Outlook, we've confirmed that it works for Office 2010. You can refer to this guide for the Outlook sync steps, and also this guide for sync with Gmail.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Luiz Maia

This is great, and what about other common clients like Apple calendar and especially Thunderbird?

Should be basically the same for both Apple and Thunderbird. We also have a guide for Apple Calendars here (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/TEAMCAL/Subscribe+to+Team+Calendars+from+Apple+Calendar), but I couldn't find any for Thunderbird, so I can't ensure you it will work, but it should by just inserting a new calendar on Thunderbird and using the Team Calendars link from the subscribe option. Thanks. Luiz

I got that, but thats only one way, isn't it? What about adding events from third party software (e.g. outlook, Apple Calendar, Thunderbird)

I agree that calendar editing from within Thunderbird (via the Lightning extension) is critical.
