Hello,

We are using Confluence and Jira but the sync doesn't work anymore. Sadly i can't find anything in the logs which show the error in detail. An ex-colleague setup Jira and Confluence and i'm not an "expert" where to see which certificates are in use to check if they are expired.

I would be very happy if someone could help here.

@Henrik

Possible causes

  1. The remote SSL certificate has expired.
  2. The remote certificate doesn't appear to be issued by a trusted authority (it may have been self-signed).
  3. The remote certificate may be in the wrong location in the file system.

Full details in

https://confluence.atlassian.com/applinks/ssl-and-application-link-troubleshooting-guide-790632063.html#:~:text=The%20remote%20certificate%20can't%20be%20trusted,-The%20application%20link&text=The%20remote%20application%20may%20be,known%20by%20the%20local%20application.

I would suggest contact your server admin team to fix this
